Ep. 3 – Getting Started in Scrapbooking for $50 or less

You have the basics, you’ve made a couple of simple pages, but what’s next?

I hope you went shopping and spent your $25 budget on the essentials. If you did, I have no doubt that you have made at least one scrapbook page, and maybe more. If you haven’t had a chance to do either, then you can combine your shopping into one trip, and this week we are going to show you how to spend your next $25.

In my house, when trying to decide how expensive something is, we talk in terms of trips to the craft store. That’s because it’s unusual for me to get out of the door for less than $100. I admit, I do have a problem, but you’re going to do as I say, not as I do.

If you find out that you love scrapbooking and want to get on a first-name basis with the gals (or guys) at your local craft shop, welcome to the club! If you’re still getting your feet wet, then wading in the shallows is a great place to start. Just watch out for minnows. They like to nibble.
